Bentley Harris Roundit 2000NX EMI is a self wrapping sleeving that was created for mechanical and EMI protection. This feature allows for quick easy installation and removal of cabling and wires. The outer layer, with its supreme abrasion resistance, is made of polyphenylene sulfidePPS and Nomex.The inner layer, composed of nickel plated copper, provides protection against the conducted energy given off by electronic devices that adversely affects circuit performance. This energy is commonly referred to as EMI or electromagnetic interference. This layer also provides additional protection from external factors, as it makes cutting through your enclosed wires very difficult to accomplish.Roundit 2000NX EMI is also available with an internal PTFE tape layer to protect fragile cabling and wire harnesses to be from the inner nickel plated copper layer.
